Hi. I would make it so it records the entire screen. That way you know 
everything is being recorded. Once selected, go into the options and you can 
choose your sound input and output device. If you would like to get more than 
one source captured as far as audio goes, there are different ways of getting 
that done… one of those things is using a software called Loop Back.
