No real need to go into Keychain Access for this sort of password. On
the iPhone, go to Settings, Passwords, then double-tap Edit and the
password should be visible. If it does not after double-tapping the
Edit button, double-tap on the bullets and it should open the password
for you. On the Mac, just go into Safari, then Passwords, enter your
Mac password or use your finger-print, then all the saved passwords are
there. Select the one you want, stop interacting with the list of
sites, VO-right to the scroll area and interact with it, find the Edit
button and VO-space on it. Your password should be visible now.
Now, in order for the passwords to be visible both on Mac and iPhone,
you need to make sure that Keychain is checked in your iCloud settings
on both units.
