Hi all,

Ever since we were in Best Buy the other day when my husband updated his watch,
he has not been able to send content to me via airdrop. The guy in Best Buy
admitted that he knew nothing about iOS, but was pressing a lot of buttons on
my husband‘s phone, because we had difficulty turning off Find My on the old
watch he was trying to trade in. I’ve been trying to help my husband restore
his ability to send via airdrop. We’ve checked Bluetooth, we’ve checked iCloud,
we’ve checked in airdrop, and we cannot find any setting that is impacting his
ability to access AirDrop. Can anyone think of what setting might be at play
here? I can send to him via airdrop and he receives it without a problem. He
just can’t send anything to me. We were trying a few minutes ago. We were
seated about 4 feet apart, and when he tried to send a picture via airdrop, it
just said no people found. Yes, receiving was on on my phone, it was set to
contacts only.
Thanks,
Donna
