The rotor is contextual. Items in the rotor are arranged depending upon the current situation.

It’s just that for some reason the links in the rotor position has been moved so when I want to find it in its usual position it wasn’t there and I assumed that there were no links in the message. I have been able to find the links in the router in a different place and flick down to the link in the message.
