Hi Donna. Thanks for your prompt reply. We are in a high rise apartment in a big city so I hope it isn’t a problem with our Internet. The technician who installed the new equipment last week said that he adjusted the signal from the cable for best performance so I don’t know what else our provider would do. I think I may have run out of things to try and any ideas are welcome even if they may not seem to be related to my problem.
