Good morning. When I have experienced this it is usually because I have inadvertently turned off "single letter quick nav" which is VO+Q. I haven't really figured out the difference between the two quick nav related options: with the left and right arrows and the VO+Q but I would check VO+Q and hopefully that will help. Brett
