You should make sure the same mail accounts are set up on all the devices on which you want to access them. Changes will then be made on the server and reflected on all logged in devices. It’s simply a matter of adding the e-mail accounts to each device via the usual settings.

Alternatively, if you set up iCloud to sync Mail across devices, you can enable or disable specific eMail account so that you do not need to forward anything.
