Hello Brett and thank you. Not only could I not locate Communities on either of my iOS or iPad app, latest versions, but I contacted 4 of my local friends and they, too, do not see the Communities tab. The people I contacted are not VoiceOver users.
I just went to the web portal, and, just as on the mobile apps, there is not a Communities tab. I thought I would create one and see how it goes. I think the community tweets should show up in your timeline but you probably should bookmark for easy access. Having said that, the iOS app has a tab at the bottom of the screen for communities and I am finding that to be a quick way to access the communities I belong to.
