First, you need to make certain that you expand the conversation you were reading with the right arrow key. Then, you should be able to hear much of the message you want. If you wanna read by character by word, press enter on the message you wish to read and then you can use your Aerokis left and right to read by character. Then option right arrow and option left arrow will read a word forward or a word backward respectively.
