Personally, I use voice dream scanner for all my OCR scanning needs and it does a great job for what it is. Although, my needs are fairly rudimentary. I can check my mail and any printed matter that comes my way with the OCR scanner from Voice Dream. I bet if I gave it a thorough workout, I would be even more impressed. Just a really good app.
