Hi, You may also wish to confirm that the Gmail mailbox is expanded so that the other mailboxes within are visible. First, make sure that the Mailbox list is visible. If it is, then interact with it, find the Gmail mailbox and make sure that the disclosure triangle is announced as expanded. Then take a look at the list of items to see if the mailboxes show up.
