Hi, There are generally 3 pages to the workout. Page one has the pause or end etc, page two is your active workout stats, and page 3 is music options. It sounds like maybe your flicking to page 3 instead of to page 1. Try flicking the opposite direction and see if that gets you where you want to be. You can also press both buttons on the front of the watch to pause the workout while you're getting to that first page where you can end it.
