At the moment, you can't navigate the headings like you can in Safari, because 
the text is just text and not HTML. In the "Format" menu, under the Paragraphs 
option, you can choose between six levels of headings, but again, they are just 
text not actual HTML elements. 

The TOC is an abbreviation for Table ofContents.

You might want to E-Mail: supp...@nisus.com to ask them if they can do 
something to allow VO to navigate headings and TOcs. If you've got any more 
questions on NWP drop me a line and I'll see what I can do to help.
