I appreciate your perspective, and I prefer to use a keyboard over touch screen when I can. The population of people you work with who depend on these features are the ones being impacted by this. Apple is not sending a good message here. Siri has never been one of my favorite digital assistants though. There is too much emphasis on cameras and not enough stability in software as far as I'm concerned i.e. taking out features after advertising them.
