You can also try jump desktop I’ve been playing with it and it really is good on your own net work! when you’re using it though you’ll want to turn off voiceover on iOS and it will just act as if you’re on your Mac! There are a few weird things but overall to do quick adjustments like you’re wanting to do I think it would be perfect!
