Hi, Yeah, I think you should wait to upgrade your Mac. If you are planning to buy an Apple Silicon based M1 Mac that is, because there will probably be a more powerful version coming in the next couple of monts with the name M1X or M2. I am not totally sure if I want an Apple Silicon based Mac myself, but when I do I want the more powerful next version of the M1. The current M1 is used in all M1 Mac’s to this date, and are low to mid end machines.
