I apologize if I gave you the impression that I didn’t care about your 
situation.  I definitely was not suggesting in any way shape or form that you 
should choose Windows over Mac.  I’m not sure where those comments are coming 
from.

Yes, it is totally possible for an Apple certified Tech to replace the keyboard 
on your MacBook Pro.  My recommendation at the time came from the prospective 
of replacing the entire keyboard because of one key.  Now, if that “one” key is 
integral to your productivity, then, for sure, it is worth the expense of a new 
keyboard installation.  The new keyboard installation will be far less 
expensive when compared to a totally new device.  In the meantime, an external 
keyboard could be of use if interacting with that arrow key is a problem in its 
current state.
