TIm, Thanks for the additional referenc. I had a "system health check" yesterday with my IT department. They used the sysadminctl to ensure that admin had a token, changed the admin password, installed code 42 crash plan ( it was in self service, so I suppose the install itself I could have done). And installed a Microsoft antivirus package.
Hopefully, I never have to use the crash plan console, as far as I can tell, it is HTML where instead of hiding content that is not supposed to be seen it is moved off screen. So reading through I see a bunch of dialogs and error messages that make no sense, and then down at the bottom of the window was a status message. It seemed to be a good 25 minute session especially considering that the primary tech was being trained by his supervisor.
