Hello, I have a good message for you who have an iPad Mini 4 and iPhone Se 1st generation. You can install iPad OS 15 and IOS 15 for this devices which was mentioned above. I tried install iPad OS 15 beta to iPad Mini 4 and there apeared iPad OS in software update. On iPhone Se it is the same situation.
