It depends if you want to duplicate the entire drive or just some folders.  The 
first can be done with one command, the second requires one or
more commands depending on their location and number of folders.  It is easily 
done in either case; I have done it many times.  Use the cp
copy command as it leaves the original files in case there is a problem, the mv 
move command erases the source files.

Let me know and I will provide the exact command syntax to use.
