It is my understanding that a pub is essentially just a set of HTML / CSS
documents that have been encapsulated as a zip file with an pub extension.
Except for those cases where the pub is protected, you should be able to rename
the file by replace pub with zip and then uncompressing it. Unlike web pages,
instead of a index.html there will probably be a SMIL file that will be used to
define the order and also to synchronize audio and text files.
