Phil, Make sure you're interacting with a table, for example, and press VO-Shift-left or right arrow along with the FN key and that will take you to the beginning or end. I'm not sure about scrolling down a page at a time, but this should help for now. I'll see if I can come up with just page at a time scrolling.
