Hi there, I have recently had a similar issue—I have had to restart Voiceover every 5 - 10 minutes as it stops announcing whatever I navigate to.
I had a session with their accessibility team and have submitted data from my computer which, as they tell me, has been very helpful in identifying the issue. I am apparently not alone with this issue. They are working on a fix to be released in an upcoming release—although they couldn’t give me an estimation. Perhaps your issue will be resolved by the same code. You may wish to reach out to accessibility and have them view your issue. For me, we did a screen recording and then sent log files so they knew exactly what was going on.
