Interact with the table and jump to the headers with vo-shift-\. vo-space on
column reference tab and then vo-space on the column to move.
Rout the mouse to vo and lock the mouse with vo-command-shift-space. After vo
says moving, move with vo-arrows and unlock the mouse with
vo-command-shift-space.
Note that while this will work, it is very flaky.
Ignore whenever vo says something is not moved. It may or may not have moved.
You will have to verify.
