For the first thing, can you adjust Braille verbosity? Perhaps in a activity
aimed at the mail app if you want table information in other applications.
In terms of the diacritics I don't know a lot about this, but there are
actually two US English braille translation libraries available in ton my Mac.
One is libelous and the other is labeled system You should be able to find
these by adding a new braille code and select English. The System UEB/US
English codes are at the bottom of the list of variants.
