Hi Jonathan, In my case, it was an unfortunate intersection of events. I have a Pro account through the university where I teach, and they recently "upgraded" to two-factor authentication. I had authenticated before logging into Zoom, but for some reason, probably only known to the 2f Gods, I had to re-authenticate. Once I did that, all was well. Cheers, Donna
