You can Force Quit any running app as follows: 1. Open Force Quit, by going to the Apple menu in the Menu bar, or by pressing CMD + Option + Escape. Note: On a Mac with TouchBar, you can use Fn + Tab for Escape, as an alternative to using the TouchBar. 2. After opening Force Quit, navigate to the table of running apps, interact with the table, and select the app you would like to Force Quit. 3. Stop interacting with the table, and navigate to the Force Quit button, and press VO + Spacebar to select. 4. A dialogue will appear, asking to confirm that you would like to quit the selected app. Select the Force Quit button again, and press VO + Spacebar to confirm. Note: The Force Quit dialogue will remain open after completing the Force Quit action. To close it, you will need to open the Application Chooser, and select the system dialogue item, then press Fn + VO + CMD + Left Arrow, to close the Force Quit dialogue.
