Sounds like you need to set up PayPal again. Or log int using your original account.

At the bottom of the screen there are what looks like three tabs. The left most button is scan, The middle one is payments and the last is more. Neither of these buttons bring me anywhere where there is a send a request button. The scan tab obviously brings me back into that scan section where you can use the camera to scan QR codes etc. The payments tab does zip, and the more button brings up a menu of totally extraneous features from PayPal, none of which are for sending or requesting money. I’ve contacted PayPal support and they’re useless. Alall I get there is a robot assistant which is totally limited in its ability to help me.
