After speaking with my friend’s brother-in-law and going through some records,I now have the Apple user ID and password. Unfortunately, neither my friend’s brother-in-law, John, nor I could find the unlock code for either iPad. I like the idea of going to the Apple store, along with a copy of my friend’s death certificate and see if I get any further. That can wait, however, since the lockdown has most likely closed the Apple Store here in Vienna. Again, my sincerest thanks to all of you, and may all of us have a happier new year!
