I can get simple phrases to be copied using the VO-enter move cursor and VO-enter a second time. This will only work for me on chunks of text that are part of the same phrase with no changes in text size or fonts. On web sites, usually if you can get one or two words selected, the rest can be selected, and I thought I could do this on PDF's, but had no luck.
