If you have four bars then it is not wifi strength. First things first, can you bring up the google search page? I believe if you open Safari and the Internet is not available, that a diagnostic window will be offered. If you can get to Google then you should probably try running a speed test. I used to use the Apple Network Utility and recommend pinging 137.39.1.3 but Apple has removed this utility, so if you want to do network testing, you must open a terminal window. Since you said that other computers in your house are working, it might be that your ISP is limiting the number of connected devices.
