1. Internet is not necessary, it is already downloaded. Just make sure the Installer is in your Applications folder, and you are good to go.
2. Install process should take 45 minutes to an hour. I suggest starting the install, and then go to bed. When you get up, it will be done. 3. When the install process is complete, VoiceOver will prompt you to login or whatever your Mac does when you turn it on. Be sure to do a backup of your important stuff just in case something goes bad.
