This is a new feature in iOS 14. When you “Pin” a conversation, it will remain on top of all the other conversations, even if it is not the most recent. To Pin or Unpin a conversation, do the following: 1. Place VoiceOver focus on the conversation that you want to either Pin or Unpin. 2. Set the VoiceOver rotor on Actions. 3. Swipe up or down until you hear VO say “Pin” or “Unpin”, and then perform a 1-finger double tap to execute the action. 4. This action is a toggle, so if a conversation is not pinned, the action will pin the conversation to the top of the conversation list. If the conversation is already pinned, the action will unpin it.
