Hello, I have now fixed this problem. In Apple Mail go to the list of Mail boxes and just before All Inboxes you will see Favourites with an Add button. Activate this Add button and you will see a list of other possible mail boxes. This list includes All Junk, All Archive, and All Bins. Select these and all will then be well. Best … Paul Hopewell
