Hi Jonathan.

Thanks so much about your explanation with to Teams.  I tried using it on the 
Mac some time ago and didn’t like it.  It’s better on the I phone but still 
kind of horrible.  I’ll keep your message.

I am not upgrading to Big Sur yet until it has got better.  I use to upgrade 
straight away but I think I’ll wait until people report that it’s a bit better 
than before.  I notice that on IOS you still can’t send emails if you use an 
alias as I do if I am writing to lists.
