You may have to go down and look for a double in home or a sub folder
from what is there.

Ok, so I messed up big time & I had to wipe my hard drive & clean install
Catalina. Then via migration assistant copied all my data from bootable drive.
Everything seems to have gone well apart from the fact I can’t find my data, nor the
settings seem to have been applied. Yet, when I look at macintosh hd via get info
window, I have 300 GB data but I can’t find it in my home folder. No music, no movies
although i know i have plenty of them. Where is all this stuff? Do I have to repeat
the thing all over again?
