Okay, Donna, We are in business.
I discovered the solution to our little dilemma. So, in short, what you and I want is to send emails that display our .me email address, only, not our iCloud alias; or any other iCloud alias, for that matter. To do this in OS 14, do the following: 1. >From settings, select your name. 2. Select iCloud. 3. Near the bottom of the display, select Mail. A dialog window will open. 4. Disable your iCloud alias by toggling it to Off. 5. Select the Done button, near the upper right corner of the display, to save your changes. That's all there is to it. Strangely enough, apparently, this is a feature that was introduced in OS 13 but the default for aliases was automatically set to off.
