It is important for the host to not interact with the panel until another participant is there! When I did that the person got a message that I was in another meeting. So once the participant is in the waiting room interact with the panel, using v/o shift down arrow. When I got to the person’s row I heard remove admit button but could not press the button. I had to interact with the row, again using v/o shift down arrow.
