For Google Groups, and Macintosh mail, I suggest moving to the From field, then
moving over to the person's name. Then interact until the Mac says interact
with text. At this point, you can press VO-space and a menu should pop-up with
options to copy name and send e-mail to name.
This will not always work depending on the domain where mail is being sent
from. Yahoo addresses and several other providers will flag anything as spam if
the server sending the mail is not the same as the server that provides service
for that domain. So in these cases, the from address is
macvisionaries@googlegroups and you do have to do a more extensive search.
