So a few things here. I’m following the thread on AppleVis and saw that Orbit Research posted.
I have sent an email to tech support like they requested and laid out my issues and concerns. Orbit contacted me and asked questions about my steps for pairing the Orbit Writer to my devices. It seems as if I am following the instructions correctly. Orbit tech support said an update is coming soon. The thing is my 30 day window for return is drawing close. If the update isn’t here by say next Tuesday, I’ll have a decision to make. My other concern is updates can only be done via Windows. I have been reacquainting myself with the Windows environment, but I am not as proficient as I use to be. What are other users thoughts?
