I run two different Wordpress websites and have never run into accessibility issues.
For hosting, I recommend Siteground. They are very reasonable and quite accessible, and use the standard CPanel on the backend so it’s easy to use. For themes anything from StudioPress is good. One website works on Metro Pro, and the other runs on Breakthrough Pro. They cost of course but any good theme will. I’m happy to answer any questions about Wordpress.
