Hi all, My name is Becky Sabo. I have a Mac air 2013 model. It will not turn on at all and I have tried plugging it in and also will not turn on. I have tried calling Apple and they said that that model has been discontinued. My problem is I did not update any of my files on external hard drive or a way to get the files off the computer. They suggested that I need to go to a third-party dealer here in Colorado try to get it fixed. The problem is I don’t know where to go any suggestions would be helpful Thanks Becky
