I use overcast on a regular basis, and I know that they have a web interface, 
but not sure about a Mac app. There are two things I really like about overcast.
1. I have it configured so that pressing next will skip ahead 30 seconds, and 
not to the next track. In most cases, this allows me to skip advertisements.
2) The smart speed does really reduce time for those podcasters that don't talk 
efficiently.

Another feature that I have really not used much is the ability to indicate the 
size of footers and trailers in an episode, so you can skip past tem.
