I have been using Microsoft Teams with my iPhone for several months now and find it to be quite accessible. I don’t like the chat feature as there are a lot of extra items I don’t need, but the calling feature is quite straight forward.
The Windows desktop version is a tougher beast to tame, so I avoid it wherever possible.
