Hi Kawal, Yes, iCloud is being rather uncooperative. To work around this, do the following:
• open Safari • enter www.icloud.com in the Address field. • When it asks if you wish to sign in with a certain Apple ID, choose to sign in with a different one. It seems that when you press Continue on this dialog, it doesn’t deal with things properly. After pressing the button to use a different Apple ID, you will be presented with a Apple ID and password field entry window. • enter your Apple ID, it can be the exact same one as it was originally asking about. • enter the normal password you use for your Apple ID. • complete any Two-Factor Authencation (@2FA) info if requested. You should now be allowed entry. Yes, rather odd. Same Apple ID as it originally suggested, but this time it should work. HTH. For the last few days I have been trying to get on to www.icloud.com <http://www.icloud.com/> but when I open the page, it wants me to sign in which I try to do and enter my password. It won’t let me sign in. However all I want to do is to change some email settings but that part of the page isn’t coming up. What does it all mean if anyone knows? Thanks.
