Hi, Like Donna, I normally don’t access the Heart Rate through the complications. I usually just press the side button, and it’s part of my Dock. Once I double-tap it from there, all works normally. I did look in the Photos complication though, which does appear to have the Heart Rate as part of its complication. When using that complication, the Heart Rate is displayed and announced on the screen and when I double-tap it, regular Heart Rate data is available.
