Yes it is a good cheap option. Once up and running it is fine for accessibility if you're using voiceover on the host.
The problem I struck however was the setup process where accessibility of the setup features is what's commonly known as absolute crap. Note though that this was last worked on by me about 18 months ago so things may have changed for it.
