There are many places in the world that don’t observe Daylight Saving Time. In addition to Iceland, both Arizona and Hawaii in the United States observe Standard time year-round. The eastern half of Indiana at one time did not switch to DST, but I think that is no longer the case, as the entire state of Indiana is now in the Eastern time zone. I’m sure there are many others.
