Hi, Use an Activity to accomplish this. Go into VO Utility, press cmd-0 to bring focus to the Activities panel, press Add Activity and give it a name like Silence. You'll need to expand the Additional Settings to Include item, check the box for Voice, then press Set Voice Options. You can check the box to mute VO in there. Press the close button and navigate to the Apps pop-up menu and select the app you wish this activity applied to.
