Hi Donna, If you have a Mac, go into the Music app, select any song within that album, and press cmd-i to Get Info on the song. Within the Details scroll area of the the Details tab you'll find all the tag info. This includes the song name, artist, album, genre etc. Normally, when ripping CD's, this info is brought in automatically, but can get muddled up a bit if iTunes/Music didn't properly match the CD in the CDDB.

I have no idea what an IT3 tag is, though I assume it has something to do with how iTunes identifies music. How would I check to see if it is properly tagged? TIA, Donna P.S. In case it’s relevant, I currently have Apple music, and Siri says that the album also can’t be found in Apple music, and I know that it is in the iTunes store.
